  4. You meet them; we listen for fit

    Interview each candidate at your pace. We stay close throughout, holding the structure so you can focus on the people.

  5. Move forward with support, for as long as you need

    Once you choose, we remain part of the engagement: onboarding, check-ins, and a replacement guarantee if anything shifts.
