Chief AI and Family Orchestrator (CAIFO)
As a Chief AI and Family Orchestrator at LuminaryLife Concierge, you’re not managing tasks — you’re composing lives. Like a conductor drawing out the best from every instrument, you hold the full score for each family: their health, their children, their legacy, their joy. You use Lumen AI to orchestrate every system in harmony, and you show up as the one person who makes it all feel effortless. You’ll serve up to four extraordinary families — and the depth of that relationship is the point.
Who we’re looking for
- •3+ years in operations management, executive assistance, AI implementation, or premium service delivery
- •Exceptional communication and discretion
- •Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex workflows
- •Comfort with technology and AI-powered tools
- •Genuine care for clients and their well-being
- •Remote-first — work from anywhere
